At ASIR FASHION, we strive to deliver high-quality men's clothing. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges in case of defective or damaged products.
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 3–4 days of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.
We do not accept returns for:

Size issues
-
Change of mind
-
Color preference
-
Personal dislike
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.
If approved:

The defective item must be returned.

A replacement product will be dispatched after verification.

3. Refund Process
Refunds are applicable only if:

The replacement item is unavailable, OR
-
The defect is verified and return is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed via UPI transfer only.
Refund timeline:

Within 5–7 working days after product inspection and approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before payment is made.
Since we operate on prepaid orders (UPI / Bank Transfer only), once payment is received, cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has been processed.
